Thank you for visiting Blood Run Fishing.   If you have a question about order status, exchanges or returns, fishing rod section breaks and replacements, or any other issue...you must us the AI agent on our website.   The AI agent can process your request 24 hours a day seven days a week.   

Our customer reps do review conversations with the AI agent daily, and improvements to responses are made.   If you have a question or issue that cannot be resolved through the AI Agent, you must provide your contact information to the AI Agent so we can contact you if need be.

We will not contact you if we do not first have a chat history to look at between you and the AI Agent in order to better understand your issue.    If your chat is incomplete and we do not understand the issue, or if the answer by the agent was correct but you are not satisfied with the answer, we will not contact you.    In addition, if you do not provide your contact information in the chat session with the AI Agent, we do not know who you are and we have no means of contacting you, so provide your phone or email address.

For the most part, the AI Agent does basic things very well and can assist in 99% of issues.

You can also leave a voicemail on our 800 number, however, your call will likely not be returned unless you have used the AI Agent first to resolve your issue and the AI agent was not able to assist.   We do not have customer service reps available daily to respond to calls or issues, which is why we leverage AI to handle the majority of our customer service issues which are basic and simple in nature.    If you do leave a voicemail, expect several days or more to pass to receive a call back.

In short, leverage our AI Agent to handle your requests first, and if for some reason the agent is unable to assist, leave your contact information in the chat and someone will reach out to you.
