A recent addition to the Blood Run Fishing float rod lineup, the Pinland 3 weight trout Kenai Edition rod is the perfect fishing rod for any small water situation.
The Pinland is designed for light spinning or centerpin fishing indicator setups, with tippet no larger than Blood Run rated 6lb test.
This 10'6" 4-piece 3 weight fishing rod with a Tennessee handle is specifically designed for float fishing with spinning or centerpin reels for rainbow trout, brown trout, brook trout, dolly varden, smallmouth bass, and other inland species. It’s been known to land more than its fair share of steelhead and is a personal weapon of choice for the Blood Run Fishing crew.
Euro nymphing, Seiryu and Tenkara styles of fishing are perfectly adaptable to fishing with the long and lightweight Pinland rod with your choice of reel or line. The Pinland is an ideal choice for light tackle fishing in small streams or placid waters in lakes.
